Mr Mahmoud AL Badarine is Managing Director of KD Dubai, he Having more than 30 years of experience in finance, tax consultation and auditing. Have worked with different organizations in Palestine and UAE.

- BA degree in accounting from Bethlehem University in 1986
- Tax Consultation Certificate from Hebrew University in 1993
- Member of the Palestinian Association of Certified Public Accountants from 1997
- Member of U.A.E. Accountants & Auditors Association in 2007
- Member of Arab Federation of ACC (ACPA) in 1996
